Oracle Company has announced the accessibility of new version of a free tool Oracle Application Express Release 3.0, which allows designing and developing of secure Web-applications with the use of standard web-browser. The development of applications by Application Express does not require deep programming skills at the same time the designed products are able to interact closely with databases Oracle Database and support dozens, hundreds and even thousands of users.
