Russia's Quintura Against Google Visual Search Patent

Russians is breaching its patent on research methodologies in regard with Google (NSDQ: GOOG). A new search interface engine named as Quintura is in operation visually has shown results in contextual cloud format, and relational from the year 2005 and it has been awarded the presently passed year as latest of eight U.S. patents.
In the last May, a little used visual interface has been introduced by Google which was known as Wonder Wheel, which offers a similar functionality. The CEO of the search engine, Sadchikov said that the strategy of this search engine is to utilize all the tools and graphical tools by others which are covered by this search engines. Several companies have been identified infringing the patent.
On December 1st, the patent was issued and the damages can be claimed from that date. The Google service has been gone live from few years back and many of the people have copied it. According to the CEO of the company, the search engine has been used over 5,000 ranging from individual bloggers. Most of the sales regarding Quintura have been made at home in Russia and the US office is in Virginia. The recession period has reduced the demand of this service last year.
