Spy in your cellphone

At the recently passed exhibition of CeBIT, the company F-Secure tried to draw the attention of visitors to the new threat hanging over all holders of modern mobile phones and communicators.
Currently, most manufacturers of protection systems are concerned about the release of antiviruses for mobile phones. However, the most serious threat is not viruses, but the so-called spyware.
Immediately after installing a spyware module becomes invisible and the phone owner does not even suspect its existence. Nevertheless, the â€œresidentâ€ correctly collects and transmits to his master details on the activities of the owner of the mobile phone (including information about incoming and outgoing calls, text messages and e-mails, and even the exact coordinates of the owner, provided that GPS module is built into the cell phone).
One does not have to be a hacker to use the spyware. The global network is full of sites selling the appropriate software. The installation of this application to the desired phone takes a few seconds, after which the victim gets under your close surveillance.
The organizers of the report believe that having received detailed information about the threat, users will pay more attention to protecting their cell phones, reports www.techradar.com.
