The first attempt to transfer Star Wars into the MMOG space has failed. Star Wars Galaxies has not been able to rise above World of Warcraft, or at least EverQuest II. However, given the popularity of this kind of entertainment, we do not wonder that Lucas Arts wanted to go this way again.
Some anonymous source told reporters of 1UP that now a new network game is being developed the action of which is set in the past of the Star Wars universe. There are bloody battles, armed conflicts, intrigues and so on. There are rumors that the game is full of dialogues, which transparently hint to some connection with KOTOR.
