The Court will continue hearing of the Take-Two`s case

Federal Magistrates Court of Manhattan on Tuesday decided to continue the hearing of the case of Take-Two, to decide if the agreement proposed by the company will do. The next decision will be made up to March 12, 2005. The Developer of a scandalous game Grand Theft Auto, the company Take-Two Interactive Software, suggested extrajudicial settlement of the “Hot coffee” suit on February, 16. The game was built a secret code “Hot coffee” - after clicking on it a player on the screen committed explicit sexual activity.
