Todd Howard reveals Bethesda work principles

The head of the studio Bethesda Softworks, Todd Howard, told in one of his interviews about three main principles of his company which help them to make good games (Fallout 3, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion):
1) Willingness to cut out of the product their ideas, even beloved ones.
2) The ability to think go into detail and make everything its simplest.
3) Be able to explain the idea of the project, based on the resulting game experience without a long list of possibilities.
Howard also pointed out the dual situation surrounding the popularity of Wii.
To sum up, he talked about many other interesting things, as well, but never answered the main question: what game is Bethesda now working on?
