WebCam Monitor 4.30: watching by means of web-cameras

A new version of WebCam Monitor has come out, a program designed to work with Web cameras. WebCam Monitor will be useful, especially to those who use a webcam for observation. The program can trace the emergence of noise or movement in the frame and report it to the owner. In these cases the program can start recording video, making screenshots, send notifications by mail, give sound, launch another application. WebCam Monitor can also download video recorded to a FTP server, and send created screenshots via e-mail.
The latest version adds the manager to control cameras and their parameters, adds support of new models of cameras: Conceptronic C54G, Grandtec Grand WIFI IP Cam PRO and SparkLAN CAS 370W.
