WindowBlinds 5.5 : for decoration lovers

The Stardock WindowBlinds program is one of the best solutions setting Windows graphic interface. This utility allows to change the design of the windows, buttons, caps, icons and other graphical elements. Besides, using WindowsBlinds can make transparent windows and change the shape of the scroll bars. The official site of the program has a large number of skins and graphics styles library. Registered users are able to create and edit their own skin-layers. WindowBlinds 5.5 is the first version of the program, which runs under Windows Vista. Thanks to the new technology SmartSkinning, while working with WindowBlinds one can use skins created for Windows XP, in Windows Vista as well. Msstyles for Windows XP users can use SkinStudio for conversion the skins for Windows Vista. Users of Windows Vista are also encouraged to use a new Desktop Window Manager (DWM), which provides the highest level of performance.
