xStarter 1.9.0.64: tasks atomization

A new version of the utility of Starter has been released, a tool for automating the implementation of some buildings. For example, it can record all actions and play them later, synchronize the content of folders, run applications, archive data, copy files and folders, send e-mails, download files, start and stop the services. The program can perform any task on schedule once or periodically.
The latest version adds support of Windows Vista, adds macro performing the same effect as clicking the key-combination of Ctrl + Alt + Del, adds macros for safe extraction of USB devices, sending messages via Skype, changing attributes of files. In addition, it improves pre-existing macros.
