aTuner 1.9.82: video cards tweaker

A new small-sized free tweaker for video cards. It has features of tuning Anisotropic Filtering, VSync and MipMap LOD Bias. The program supports work with two monitors, has a user-friendly interface, where the most important settings are always in sight. aTuner also records statistics of registry changes and provides full report about that. The program is compatible with the latest versions of drivers Detonator/Forceware and Catalyst.
This version corrects errors.
