AudioRoute 1.2: switching audio routing on communicator under Windows Mobile

The Teksoft Company released a new version of its free utility AudioRoute, which allows forced choosing the rout channel of sound on a mobile device running under Windows Mobile. The possibility of audio routing to headphones, rear speaker and the conversational speaker in a talk mode may be helpful when working with various VoIP- applications of Internet-telephony.
For working with AudioRoute utility the user is offered a small panel, which is accessible from any boxes of Windows Mobile. This panel contains three icons, slider and a link to the program description. The first purple icon switches audio rout to headphones. The second Ã¢â‚¬â€œ blue icon Ã¢â‚¬â€œ converts sound to the rear speaker of the device. The third orange icon switches audio rout to the conversational speaker in the transition to the call mode. The slider at the bottom of the panel allows you to move the panel around the screen, and the square in the upper right corner of the panel allows you to remove the panel from the screen.
Version 1.2 of AudioRoute, based on commercial dynRil technology, is supported by Windows Mobile Smartphone platform and is managed from the command line. For example, the start of the utility from the command line with a switch-key switches the audio rout from the headphones to the rear speakers and vice versa. Backspeaker-key forcedly switches audio rout to a back speaker. Also, the developers report fully correct mute of the microphone using AudioRoute 1.2, when the user wants the interlocutor not to hear him for some time.
AudioRoute 1.2 runs under operating systems WM 5.0 and 6.0 in Pocket PC and Smartphone versions. You can download AudioRoute from the section of free products in the producerÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s website.
