CopyToDVD 4.2.2.15: disks burning

Update of the program to burn CD and DVD discs. CopyToDVD functions like other programs for batch recording, i.e., works with CD/DVD as with an ordinary floppy disk. When working with such programs as NeroInCD and B\'s CLiP, the used medium is formatted in a special way, which excludes the possibility of reading data on a computer that has no special drivers.
CopyToDVD can create disks as easily as a program for batch recording, but that does not create limitations for reading recorded discs. Because they are written in the usual format, they can be read on any computer. In this version fixes errors, associated with recording speed.
