Firefox most popular browser in Europe

Mozilla Firefox 3 has become the most popular browser in Europe, with its 35.09% of the browsers market, reports TechRadar.
IE 7 is wins the silver: according to data from StatCounter, a European market share of Internet Explorer 7 is 34.51%. Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox 2 have 11.92% and 3.1% of European market, respectively. As for Opera 9.6, it has 4.88% of the European market.
Just for the sake of comparison, shares of Google Chrome and Apple Safari 3.2 are 1.57 and 1.4% respectively. Internet Explorer 8, released on March, 19, has 2.37% of the European market. The most popular browser in the world is still Internet Explorer 7. According to data by StatCounter, it has 38.6% of the world market.
