FreeRIP 3.07: lossless compression

A new version of the simple ripper-compressor has been released. The program contains built-in encoders LAME (MP3) and Ogg Vorbis, can convert already existing WAV-file in one of these formats. The program provides two modes of operation - single file in batch mode processing. You can set volume levels during ripping or compression. FreeRIP supports online freedb database and automatic tags filling, so if there is a connection to the Internet, all data on the title of the album, artist and track name can be filled in automatically. The program is available in more than 25 languages.
The program is distributed in two versions: free and commercial. The latter provides the mode of faster ripping and conversion, as well as the opportunity to run several copies of the program at the same time.
The latest version of the program includes audio player, adds the possibility of creating CUE sheets.
