GIMP 2.66 for Windows: graphics editor

A new version of popular in Linux environment free program GIMP was released, which is designed for image processing. With the help of GIMP, you can perform such tasks as image processing, collage creating, images copy-protection, etc. The program supports the work with the channels and layers, alpha-channel, editing text layers, has a lot of selection and paint tools. The program can also be used as a convenient tool for pack conversion of files. GIMP features can be improved by enabling the additional modules, the number of which is more than hundred.
In the latest version they corrected bugs found after the previous version.
Though the program was initially developed for Linux, it is also available for Windows and Mac platforms.
