Google intends to implement search in voice mail

Google began testing the service, which allows carrying out the transcription of voice mail messages, so that one could apply a search function to them. Now Google offers this service only to existing customers, GrandCentral Communications. This is a telecommunications provider, bought by the search giant in July 2007.
GrandCentral offers clients a number through which they will be able to redirect calls to their work, home or cell phone. The service can also filters calls, records conversations and grant access to archive records. According to Google, the transcription service is currently the only fully automated service on the market.
It goes without saying, that speech conversion into text contains a number of errors, Google is working on it.
