Hide IP NG 1.04: for the sake of anonymity

A new version of the program for hiding the IP address of a user, thus, ensuring his/her safety. Hiding real IP address may be convenient in a variety of cases, for example, when communicating at a forum one wants to circumvent restrictions on downloading files for a particular region; during a visit of suspicious sites that may collect statistics about their visitors.
The program provides an opportunity to work in the Internet through a proxy server. It automatically finds available proxy server and installs it for surfing. Hide IP NG can change your IP address with a given frequency. If necessary, the program can easily be disabled.
This version fixes several bugs.
