Hide IP NG 1.46: hiding your IP

Update of the program, which allows hiding real IP-address and thus ensures user`s safety. Hiding this IP-address may be convenient in a variety of cases, for example, during a dialogue at a forum, in order to circumvent the restrictions on uploading files for a particular region, while visiting suspicious websites that may collect statistics about your visitors, etc...
The program works in the Internet only through a proxy server. It automatically locates available proxy-server and installs it for surfing. Hide IP NG can change your IP-address with a specified frequency. If necessary, the program can be easily disabled.
This version fixes some bugs.
