Iconutils 4.23: creating icons and cursors

A new version of the program for creating icons and cursors and their organization has come out. The program provides an opportunity to create your own icons and cursors, convert into icons and cursors images in the formats of ICO, BMP, JPEG, ANI, CUR, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PCX, WMF, WBMP, XPM, XBM and PSD; assign different icons to folders to make it easier to navigate them. The program offers a range of different effects, among them being: adding shadows, smoothing, mirror reflection, rotation and others. The program supports batch conversion of images, and allows converting icons used under Mac, into the format of Windows.
The latest version of the program adds the feature of extracting images of 256x256 pixels out of icons.
