Intel Processor Identification Utility 4.1: identifying processes

A new version of Intel Processor Identification Utility, designed to identify Intel processors. The program displays detailed information about processors, tests the working frequency, in order to verify whether the processor works at the frequency claimed by the manufacturer.
The utility is available in two versions: the one runs under Windows, while the other, Bootable, does not require an operating system at all.
