MediaInfo 0.7.12: detailed information on video files

A new version of the free program has been released, which provides detailed information on audio and video files. The program shows by which codec the video was compressed, with what bit rate, what ratio is in it and the number of frames per second is there. For audio file MediaInfo shows the used codec, bitrate, language, the number of channels, sampling frequency, etc. After showing file details, the program will then advise where you can download the missing codec or player.
MediaInfo supports many formats of audio and video files, including DivX, QuickTime, Real, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD (VOB), OGG, MP3. It also operates with different subtitle formats, including SRT, SSA, ASS, SAMI. The resulting data can be saved in the form of reports in CSV or HTML.
In the latest version they have updated language modules, added the support of MPEG-4: ISMV (IIS Smooth Streaming Media Video), MPEG-TS: ATSC and DVB EPG.
