New version of Bopup Observer

A new version of Bopup Observer-4.0.0.2580 RC1 has been released. Bopup Observer is a free software package for receiving instant messages and files in the internal network of the organization. It is compatible with standard programs of sending the messages. It includes a variety of functions, such as group mailing, message history, support for broadened messages with graphic emotions. When using the central server there appear powerful tools for organization an effective warning system with the functions of news mailing system, centralized grouping of users, sending the offline messages, creation and management of public information on users. In the whole the new version of the client provides new standards for corporate communication and sending of instant reports and emergency notices to users which are on their workplaces.
