Norton Security Scan in the Google Pack
2nd April 2007
Norton Security Scan will be the part of the free software Google Pack. The developer of anti-virus package Symantec has announced this. According to the idea of cooperative firms, Google Pack will protect a computer from viruses, spyware and other malicious programs and optimize the PC operation. Symantec, regularly analyzing network on virology issues, reported that about 93% are ordinary internet users. They are where the great number of viral attacks is directed. Norton Security Scan will serve as a virus scanner. The program will inform the user about the presence of trojan/virus/worm and remove harmful software from the computer. The application has a built-in adviser on enforcement of computer protection. Symantec wanted to elaborate its software clear for the ordinary user as much as possible, so after you have chosen the scan mode (full or quick scan) the program will do everything itself.
