29th April 2007
The Oracle Company announced an updated version of the product Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management 7.3, a popular solution for billing and revenue management, addressed to the providers of telecommunications services. Due to a set of additional business functions, the providers will significantly enhance the quality of service to their customers. For example, companies will be able to determine with greater precision the current customer needs and offer each of them the best price, the amount of compensation for cutoff calls, and develop a flexible system of discounts. Improved tools of diagnostics and configuring systems will allow adopting comprehensive measures to prevent failures, as well as the early detecting and, thus, resolving problems. The solution also provides dynamic collection of information for each specific process that will enable them to follow debug and optimization. In addition, the product is able to register the speed of individual operations. Finally, the proposed version of the product offers several additional mechanisms to control the availability of systems, distribute the workload and reduce the likelihood of outages. The Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management Release 7.3 has already gone on sale. To learn more about Oracle Company products is available at the site of the company Softline.
