PC users come across hard drives malfunctions and sometimes they just lost their well important data and files due to these failures of their devices. To solve the problem Freecom has came up with a solution of it. Freecom has done a deal with a Data Recovery Firm and has started to help users recovering their lost files. The storage company Freecom has announced that they will recover the data of a damage derive or device by charging a fix fee of this service. All a user have to do is just take their derives or damage devices to the Data Recovery centre's, where the skill technicians will try to recover the lost files from the drives of any company, and will send them to the users.

Recovery of the data and files will depend on the type of damage to the drives and also on the type of data and file to be recovered. The company has set a package of drives recovery, as a person ho ant to recover its files from more than one drive must have to take the package and they then have to pay some more money for the service. According to the Freecom research about 28 percent hardware problems are because of the human errors, 14 percent is because of the software malfunctions. This data recovery service is indeed a great step of Freecom.
