Persona 4 comes out under PS2 in July

The fourth part of the famous series Persona has been announced. In contrast to our expectations, the project is declared as an PS2-exclusive. The Japanese release is scheduled for July 10, 2008, thus, in the United States and Europe the game will be no earlier than next year.
So far, we have nothing but a few pretty magazine scans. Visually, the project is very much like Persona 3. The plot this time is served in the form of a detective story. One of the main innovations is the availability of weather, which will affect the date of the next murder. The heroes` staff was also fully updated. The protagonist is a schoolboy. Now he lives not alone, but with a family he needs to spend time with. He will be assisted by a pretty girl Chin. Producers promise us about 60-70 hours of arduous adventures, 180 persons, a few endings, more locations.
We are looking forward to the official announcement from Atlus USA, which, we hope, will follow in the near future.
