Skype 4.0.0.224: new verison

The new version of the beloved program. Besides free calls to other users of Skype, the program also offers additional services: sending SMS to mobile phones, calls to standard and mobile phones, personal number, receiving calls from all phones. You can also use the voice mail service, which helps to take calls, when you can not receive them, etc.
This release adds support of Google Chrome, as well as fixes a bug related to the program`s freezing at video calls.
