Sonic CineVision 2.0 â€“ professional tool for video coding

Sonic Solutions Company has announced a release of new version of the product CineVision 2.0, a professional tool for videodata coding, which is the part of solution package Sonic Scenarist Workgroup. The program allows the user to solve a number of complex tasks connected with the creation of multimedia products, distributed on optical media of new generation Blu-ray Disc (BD) and HD DVD. The new version has become more powerful and functional, due to integrated technology Digital Vision, which allows the user to improve significantly the image quality and a number of other improvements. CineVision 2 also increases the quality of videodata coding using popular HD video-endecs (H.264 (AVC), VC-1 and MPEG-2) and allows more fine tuning of coding parameters, including the full control of adaptive quantization, normalization of the black level, etc. Demonstration of CineVision 2 will be held at NAB exhibition, which will take place in Las Vegas from 16 to 19 April. And in May commercial version of the product will be released.
