Warhammer 40000 MMOG is far from being released

THQ Executive Director Brian Farrell states that a multiplayer game based on the universe of Warhammer 40000 is still far from release. There are a couple years before we will be able to see the product. The game is being developed by the studio Vigil Games. THQ owns the rights to Warhammer 40000 by Games Workshop until 2013.
It should be recalled that Warhammer Online (created on the basis of the Warhammer universe) is being created by the company EA Mythic (internal studio of Electronic Arts). THQ has nothing to do with this product. The rights to the universe of Warhammer, as well as to Warhammer 40000, belong to the British Games Workshop.
