WinRAR 3.70 beta 7: popular archiver

A new test version of the popular archiver WinRar has been released. Among the features of the archiver one can name: the option of selfunpacking files showing the unpacking path and determination of degree of the compression, ranging from the best (but the slowest) to the fastest (but the poorest). Besides, the content of RAR-archive can be made invisible. In the latest version they corrected some errors: The switch - ioff didn`t work in unrar.exe; WinRAR 3.70 could not process the files in rar .002, .r03. It continued to acquire the next file, even if the user has indicated its exact name; The integration with Windows 95 didn`t work correctly. Developer: Eugene Roshal Distributed: shareware, $ 29.
