AKVIS ArtSuite 4.0: pics decorating

A new version of AKVIS ArtSuite has come out. The process was earlier known as Frame Suite and is obviously meant for photo framing. It can operate as both a separate application and a plugin for Photoshop and compatible programs. AKVIS ArtSuite offers a great collection of effects for overlaying on image. The program has many different types of ready-made frames.
The program also has means to create different effects for decoration edges of images. For example, the edges can be made “torn” or “folded”, etc…
Version 4.0 introduces two new effects. The effect of glamour helps to “edit” the skin, remove and cover up its minor shortcomings, make appearances at the portrait look perfect. The effect of “Two key” can produce different color transformations.
