AKVIS ArtSuite 4.0: pics decorating

A new version of AKVIS ArtSuite has come out. The process was earlier known as Frame Suite and is obviously meant for photo framing. It can operate as both a separate application and a plugin for Photoshop and compatible programs. AKVIS ArtSuite offers a great collection of effects for overlaying on image. The program has many different types of ready-made frames.
The program also has means to create different effects for decoration edges of images. For example, the edges can be made â€œtornâ€ or â€œfoldedâ€, etcâ€¦
Version 4.0 introduces two new effects. The effect of glamour helps to â€œeditâ€ the skin, remove and cover up its minor shortcomings, make appearances at the portrait look perfect. The effect of â€œTwo keyâ€ can produce different color transformations.
