ART 2.80 Frames: frameworks for pictures

A new version of a simple program designed for photo design has been released. Through ART Frames one can create different types of frameworks, using more than one hundred of available templates, as well as flexible parameters such as thickness of framework, image remoteness, background color, characteristics of the internal outline. Any combination of these parameters can be saved as a template for your own use in the future. The program supports all major formats - BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, WMF, EMF, PNG, TIFF. Using the program, one can perform basic operations that relate to the image-correction select brightness, contrast, adjust color, cut and resize photos. In addition, there are also special effects such as inverting colors, sepia, etc... The latest version was added with three new kinds of frameworks, updated collection of materials.
