Avatar will be packaged with 3D glasses

GameSpot reports that the game Avatar, being currently developed by the studio Ubisoft Montreal, in collaboration with the famous movie director James Cameron may provide players with volumetric images through stereoscopic glasses.
The plot of “Avatar” will take place in the future on the faraway planet of Pandora. The local population (virtual fiction creatures) will deal with earthmen, wishing to colonize Pandora. The main hero is a marine soldier Jake Sally, who will take part in the experiment and will be one of the Pandora aborigines, a 3-meter tall blue creature.
At the conference of Advance`08, organized by Microsoft, Cameron reported that Ubisoft is working on the game, allowing players to enjoy voluminous graphics by means of Xbox 360 and 3D-glasses.
Ubisosft has not yet confirmed this information. However, given the fact that the game developing involves Cameron, we should assume that it is truth.
The game release is scheduled for December next year.
