The companies of Panda Security and Entensys announced the beginning of a joint action, which will be held until May, 31, 2009. Within the action everyone who bought the product of UserGate Proxy & Firewall 5.0 will have a three-month gift subscription to the antivirus module of Panda Antivirus, integrated into UserGate.
The anti-virus Panda module embedded into UserGate scans all data transmitted via the protocols of HTTP, FTP, SMTP and POP3. To scan files it uses the technology Panda VirtualFile, which lets you analyze all data only in RAM without calling to HDD which greatly accelerates the process compared to traditional antivirus solutions.
At the end of a three-month subscription, all users involved in the action will be entitled to purchase Panda Antivirus for UserGate with a certain discount.
