BWMeter 4.3.3: traffic control

A new version of the program to display and calculate traffic in the network. BWMeter can analyze all the packets of data and report on them. This enables users to differentiate traffic on the local network from the Internet traffic. BWMeter can display statistics for all computers on the network, including information about downloading and sending files.
The program will be of use to system administrators or home users who pay for each megabyte downloaded from the Internet.
This version fixes some errors related to changing extension and introduces some new options.
