Content Beamer 3.5-remote access to files and documents management via BlackBerry devices
12th May 2007
The ThinPrint company, a member of BlackBerry ISV Alliance, announced a product Content Beamer 3.5, meant to increase the productivity of mobile professionals by providing them with remote access to important files and corporate systems (such as Microsoft Sharepoint) through the BlackBerry smartphone. Content Beamer will turn the BlackBerry device into a remote control console allowing, thus to view and edit and print documents, as well as send them by smartphone fax. The program also provides fast and safe transfer of files, documents, emails and attachments between smartphone and document management system. Besides, the employees will be able to attach a document stored in the network organization to e-mail, which is sent from a mobile device. The new version of Content Beamer 3.5 for the first time will be presented to public at a conference Wireless Enterprise Symposium 2007, which will be held in the city of Orlando (Florida).
