CopyToDVD 4.2.2.23: disk recording under special terms

Update for the program to record CD and DVD discs. CopyToDVD is somewhat similar to programs designed for batch burning, where you working with CD / DVD as if it was a regular floppy disk. When working with such programs as NeroInCD and B's CLiP a used medium is formatted in a special way that excludes the possibility of reading data on a computer that has no special drivers.
CopyToDVD lets you create CD as easily as all other programs batch disks burning, but, at the same time, it does not create limitations for reading a recorded disc. Because they are recorded in a usual format, they can be read on any computer.
This version fixes some bugs.
