Datawatch Corporation Company has announced the availability of solution Datawatch | MailManager, the corporate system of archiving emails, which can be expanded in the infrastructures based on Microsoft Exchange.
Datawatch | MailManager will help organizations to improve the effectiveness of storage resources usage, will control the life cycle of corporate communications, and also ensures the strict compliance of industry and regulatory standards.
The solution is responsible for collecting and sending in the archive of all communications, transmitted by e-mail (including incoming and outgoing messages, and corporate communications) along with attached files. Later on the convenient search engines will quickly find the right letter on the subject, attached file or keyword in the text of the message.
In order to save storage resources and for compliance of the protection requirements, messages are stored in compressed and encoded form. Besides, the system will exclude the probability of saving two identical copies of a document. Administrators will be able to set and use united saving policies, according to which the messages will be automatically sent into auxiliary storage or deleted after a certain period of time.
