EF Commander 7.03: convenient files manager

EF Commander is the program which combines in its interface a large number of utilities, such as archiver, FTP-client, plug-in for recording CDs (requires Nero Burning ROM) and more.
The app provides a built-in HEX-editor, calculates occupied space on the disk by a file or folder, offers an integrated viewer that supports a large number of formats and can also compare and synchronize directories. EF Commander has a multilingual support.
The new version fixes some bugs.
