Epic Games buys Chair Entertainment Group

Epic Games (Unreal, Gears of War) has bought an American studio Chair Entertainment Group. This company became a full division of Epic, but it still will continue to work towards the creation of original projects using the technology of Unreal Engine.
Chair Entertainment Group was founded in 2005. Generally, the company is known through its game Undertow for Xbox Live Arcade, as well as the shooter Empire. The above-mentioned project is precisely built on the base of Unreal Engine 3 engine.
