Fedora 9: final version

The company Red Hat has reported that the community of Fedora released the final modification of the ninth version of its operating system.
Fedora 9, compared with the previous version of the software platform, has a large number of innovations and additions. Fedora 9 is based on Linux 2.6.25 and contains updated modifications of the components of open source. Fedora 9, in particular, includes working environment Gnome 2.22, manager of desktop KDE 4.0, the fifth beta version of Firefox 3, the package of office applications OpenOffice 2.4, the environment of OpenJDK6 etc.
Fedora 9 OS has the support of file systems with encryption, built-in local search engine, as well as better support of Bluetooth and the tools of authentication by fingerprints. In addition, the developers have increased performance, improved security features and added a dynamic display configuration.
Fedora 9 is available for download on the official site of the project.
