GoldWave is an audio editor of wide opportunities. Despite its small size, the program has powerful tools for sound editing. GoldWave enables you to apply various effects (echoing, sound fading, equalizer, etc…), to remove noise, restore old tracks and so on. The program supports sound formats of *.wav, *.mp3, *.ogg, *.aiff, *.au, *.vox and some others. GoldWave allows recording from cassettes, gram records, radio and microphone. The tools of CD Reader gives opportunity to make exact copies of audio disks tracks.
The latest version adds new curves of attenuation in the Crossfade tools, introduces recognizing files of ID3v4 tags, cganges font in all dialog boxes, adds sorting columns in the tools for combining files, corrects errors.
