Google at last presents urchin 6

Google, after several years of expectation, has finally released the sixth version of their program package Urchin, designed to collect web-statistics.
Google acquired the company of Urchin Software in March 2005 and made the developments of this company a basis of their free service Google Analytics. The service displays information about how people found this of that site and what they were doing at it.
After Urchin`s fusion with the search giant, the future of Urchin`s independent products has been put into question. The point is that even for autumn 2004, the release the sixth version of Urchin was scheduled. This solution is widely distributed among companies in the Fortune 500 list. However, Urchin 6 was presented neither in 2005 nor even in 2007. Google kept silent about that and users began showing their impatience.
According to InfoWorld, several weeks ago at the conference in San Francisco Google finally presented a package of Urchin 6. The solution allows to analyze the network traffic for one or more sites and compile accurate records of the visitors. This package, in particular, can be of use in estimating the efficiency of network advertisement.
The product costs $300.
