Mimic Pro for Carrara: creating facial animation

The company DAZ 3D has announced the availability of their product Mimic Pro for Carrara, a unique plugin for the popular 3D toolset.
Specialists are offered a set of tools for facial animation that will enable them to breathe life into three-dimensional characters, providing them with extremely realistic and unique facial expresion. Mimic Pro for Carrara of DAZ 3D also allows users to open audio files in the WAV format with records of human speech and synchronize lip movements of computer characters with the words pronounced. The plugin uses unique technologies allowing characters to “speak” any language.
The new version of the plugin provides closer integration with Carrara and has a built-in NLA-editor; allows processing scenes with several characters.
The final version of Mimic Pro for Carrara runs under OS X and will go on sale at the end of the month.
