Miranda 0.7.19: just messaging

A new version of the free, undemanding to the system resources Internet-pager. The program has a very simple interface and a minimum functionality. The main purpose of Miranda is pure messaging. However, the program can be expanded by means of many additional pluggable modules.
This version fixes some bugs. In particular, it contains the latest version of the plugin for ICQ, which fixes the bug that caused freezing the program when connecting.
