Official announcement of CryENGINE 3

Crytek Company has again reminded of its new technological solution CryENGINE 3. As it turned out, the main advantage of this platform is not the support for DX9/DX10, but the orientation on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles, and also the possibility of operation with MMO-projects. The technology gains considarably in the speed. Itâ€™s early to talk about the quality of the picture yet, but judging by the available video, CryENGINE 3 promises to show to the owners of addons the incredible beauty.
The Executive Director and the President of Crytek Cevat Yerli is confident that the company holds the real hit. He hopes very much that his colleagues share this view, and will quickly begin to buy a license for use of the engine in their upcoming entertainments. It seems, CryENGINE 3 will find its customers.
