Photo Frames CS is a universal programme for stylish design of photographs in frames, allowing you to make a picture harmonious, add to it a complete and effective appearance. The use of Photo Frames CS is easy: you just have to open the graphic file, and choose a frame from one of eight categories (in the trial version there are about 100 frames). You can also adjust the brightness, contrast of the photo and impose a number of filters. At any time you can view the result in full screen. After the registration, users get more than 200 frames and masks. The new version of Photo Frames 3.10 CS has: handier interface, new type of frames. The total number of frames is more than 150.
