Remake of Chronicles of Riddick is being elaborated

Sierra Entertainment confirmed the rumors about the development of the project The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The main part of the new shooter will be new-made The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, which is appeared on Xbox and PC. As a bonus they promised additional materials and modified graphics.
Starbreeze studio Universal Pictures and Tigon Studios filmcompany (game company owned by Vin Diesel) are working over the remake. The performer of Riddickâ€™s role will write for the project new dubbing. PS3-version will fully use capabilities of the controller Sixaxis. Most likely, the game will also be supplied with multiuser mode.
