Spore on the cells level

An interesting trailer of the game Spore has been published in the net. This video shows how the players will manage the creature at the level of a tiny organism living in water. It is hard to believe, especially considering the scope of the project, but the game looks very nice. All looks very smooth, nice and exciting. At this stage, the gameplay is simple enough: a micro-organism travels and absorbs food, incidentally fleeing from hungry neighbors.
Spore is being created by Will Wright, who made The Sims and SimCity. The release is scheduled for September 2008.
