Stinger for W32/Conficker 10.0.1.551: deleting the dangerous worm

Updating the free antivirus utility that can detect and remove the worm of Conficker, also known as Downadup and Kido. The worm spreads through vulnerability in the service of Windows RPC Server. The worm is very difficult to remove from the system, as after getting on the computer, it blocks the majority of anti-virus sites, and disables the Windows Update system.
The program has a simple interface and the process of scanning files. Stinger for W32/Conficker is of a very small size and requires no installation, so the program can be launched from any USB-drive.
